Studying Art at North Park
The Art department strives to provide the highest standard of artistic development in students through a range of specialized coursework, ample studio and internship experiences, and exposure to public engagements within the Chicago art scene. Under the mentorship of highly experienced art professors, students gain creative and professional experiences that prepare them for lives of significance and service.
The School of Music, Art, and Theatre is guided by the following core values:
DISCOVER. We believe the arts require curiosity and exploration.
ENGAGE. We believe learning is in the doing.
GROW. We believe the arts serve humanity and the well-being of all.
